Categories are grouped across five families — Firm Size & Structure, Specialist & Sector, People & Culture, Innovation & Marketing, and the Pinnacle Award. Every firm — from a single-agent boutique to a national franchise group — has a category it can compete in on equal terms.

Judged on — Determined by the judging panel following the category results. Not open to direct nomination.

Entry fees are administrative only — R750 per category for Small / New firms and R1,500 per category for Medium, Large and Franchise entries. Judges never see fee tier. The Pinnacle Award is not open to direct nomination and is decided by the judging panel from category winners.
